GuideCX, a client onboarding platform, announced that they had secured a $25MM Series B round of funding, led by Meritech Capital Partners.
The company’s SaaS offering is intended to help its clients improve initial customer engagement after acquisition. The company is part of a growing movement in understanding the importance of and enabling the customer journey and experience post-purchase.
